Shaman talent guide for leveling

As I said in Blink's post, I recommend going for 2/2 in Improved Ghost Wolf right off the bat. How can you resist, it makes GW instant cast. After that the guide has nice pathing choices for Elemental and Enhancement shaman leveling.
